REFUND POLICY

DIGITAL PURCHASES

All sales are final. Digital products, including "COURSES," cannot be returned once purchased. Due to the digital nature of this product, we do not offer refunds.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, please contact our support team at support@wifibrands.com and we'll assist you promptly.

BOOK PURCHASES

30 day money back guarantee on all physical books (BUILT TO EXIT), book must be returned in NEW condition. Shipping fee will be deducted

BRAND SERVICES

All sales are final. Each brand service package includes up to three (3) revisions. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you through these revision rounds to ensure you're happy with the final deliverables.

BRAND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

12-Month Performance Guarantee: For clients enrolled in our Brand Development Program, we offer a unique performance-based guarantee:

  1. If your brand does not generate revenue equal to your investment within 12 months of program completion, we will refund the difference between your investment and the revenue generated.

  2. For example: If you invested $25,000 in our Brand Development Program and your brand generates $10,000 in revenue within 12 months, you are eligible for a $15,000 refund.

  3. If your brand generates zero revenue within the 12-month period, you are eligible for a full refund of your investment.

Requirements to qualify for the guarantee:

  • You must follow all brand implementation guidelines provided by WiFi Brands

  • You must actively market and operate the brand as outlined in our program

  • You must provide verifiable revenue documentation

  • You must request your refund within 30 days after the 12-month period ends
